    Excellent quality and comfort of the mattress purchased, as well as the kindness inherent in the entire purchase process on the part of the ladies who were contacted by telephone. Unblemished efficiency, but now I'm forgetting to send a gift that was advertised and that I applied for on the last day (and therefore within the deadline).
