At mercadodocolchao.pt, our goal is to take care of you and your rest, your total satisfaction is important.
The purchase process is easy and completely transparent. But if you are not satisfied, the deadline for exchanging or returning products is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The cost of transporting returned products is borne by the customer.
Indicative transport values
- Open mattresses, sommiers, headboards and wooden kits - 50€
- Rolled mattresses, pillows and accessories - 10€

As soon as you send in the exchange and/or return request, you will be contacted by our team within a maximum of 10 days to help resolve your return or exchange.
It is important that:

- For a return and/or exchange to be possible, the products must be preserved and in the same condition as when they were received.
