Orders and shipments

Orders

1 - When placing an order in the online store, the customer remains bound by the terms of the items they have selected for a period of five days from the date of the order. After this period, Mercado do Colchão reserves the right to update the prices of the items. In this case, and after the five days, if the customer wishes to finalize the purchase, they will have to assume the updated value visible in the online store when confirming the order.

2 - The customer must register with the online store, or enter as a guest, and must accept the General Terms and Conditions.

3 - The customer is solely responsible for filling in the data and providing information, as well as for verifying it.

4 - The online store offers the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Multibanco.

5 - Once the customer has confirmed the order, Mercado do Colchão will confirm it via an email sent to the customer.

6 - Within 24 hours of an email being sent to the customer, payment for the order will be confirmed by Mercado do Mattress and the corresponding invoice will be issued and sent to the customer with the items purchased.

7 - Confirmation of payment by Mercado do Colchão, within the indicated period, without any opposition on the part of the end customer, is contractually assumed to be acceptance of the order.

8 - Any customer is authorized to cancel the order within a maximum period of 14 days after the delivery date of the order, under the terms of the right of free resolution (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14).

Sending the order

1 - Mercado do Mattress only assumes the timely and correct shipment of the product by the carrier, and is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. The estimated time for shipping the order in the online store is therefore not binding.

2 - Mercado do Colchão will send the order to the customer between 2 and 15 working days after receipt of payment, the transportation time being the sole responsibility of the carrier contracted for this purpose.

3 - The customer can follow the transportation of the order via the tracking link of the carrier responsible for sending it. Once payment for the order has been confirmed, a link will be sent to the customer by email, allowing them to track the order. From here, the customer can follow the entire process, from the Mercado do Colchão factory to delivery of the order to the address previously indicated by the customer.

4 - If the customer is not available when the order is delivered, it is their sole responsibility to contact the carrier and arrange a new delivery date. The carrier's contact details can be found on the attempted delivery notice left in the customer's mailbox.
