In no case does the guarantee cover damage that may result from abnormal use, negligence or fault on the part of the buyer (use contrary to the recommended conditions, fall, accident, abnormal phenomenon of excess humidity or heat), retouching or alterations made to the mattress.
The most efficient materials used in the composition of our mattresses lose some of their firmness during constant use. If this loss does not exceed 15% of the height of the mattress, it remains within the tolerance limits and does not justify a claim.
The fabric, the sewing thread, the zipper, the handles or any other element of the mattress, whose good performance is linked to the correct conditions of use, are excluded from this guarantee.
Any replacement or repair under warranty will not affect the initial duration of the warranty. The guarantee does not cover direct or indirect transportation costs for this product.
All claims should be addressed to Leafsleep.
They must be accompanied by: The purchase invoice proving the date and the customer and the products purchased.
The guarantee can only be applied to products returned in a clean and spotless condition.
